Losing Trend Continues for Halifax
The Erie SeaWolves downed the Halifax Frigates, 8-5, at Jerry Uht Park. Pat Dickens led the way, going 2-for-4 for Erie. The SeaWolves sit in 5th place in the Eastern League Southwest Division with a record of 51-41.

In the bottom of the seventh, the SeaWolves grabbed the lead when Dickens hit his 27th double of the season. The bases-clearing double off Augusto León made it 7-4, Erie.

"I like our mindset right now," said Erie manager Al Alcantara.
