A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Altoona Curve and Wichita Pilots.

The Altoona Curve bumped off the Wichita Pilots, 5-2, at Regions Field. Terrence Shrum hit 1 single and 1 double. He also had 2 runs batted in. Collin Gammons got the save, the 1st for him this season.

Toby Troy hit a 2-run triple off Nicky Park in the top of the fourth, which put the Curve in front, 2-0. Troy had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 4.

"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Shrum said after the game.
