Barnstormers Bag 3-2 Win

Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Lancaster Barnstormers got the win.
Hurler Brycen Patrick gave the Lancaster Barnstormers a solid start. The native of Stillwater, Oklahoma helped his team defeat the New Haven Ravens, 3-2, at FirstEnergy Stadium. Patrick, the winner, moves to 2-0. He threw 5.1 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 4 and giving up 6 walks.
The Barnstormers got an important contribution from third baseman Kevin Canseco, who in the bottom of the third punched a 1-1 sinker to right for a run-scoring double. It was his 7th double of the season and put the Barnstormers ahead, 3-1.
"We faced good pitching and still got it done," said Canseco.
Lancaster is third in the Eastern League Southwest Division with a record of 37-22.
