Quebec picked up a win at Metros Ballpark, bumping off the Yonkers Dark Knights, 6-2. Pitcher Sonny Pitts was a major reason the Metros emerged victorious. Pitts, now 1-0, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 8, walking 0, and allowing 2 runs. Simon Harper got the save, the 1st for him this season.
