Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Frigates
The Halifax Frigates picked up a win at MGM Park, defeating the Wichita Pilots, 2-1, in 12 innings. Starting pitcher Ignatius Valdez was an essential part of his team's success. With the win, the Frigates sit at 28-27.

Rickey Alaniz delivered a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the 12th to win it for the Frigates. For the game, Alaniz went 2-3 with a double, 2 walks, and was hit by a pitch.
