Keitel Dominant in New Haven Win
|
Somerset had no answer for New Haven Ravens hurler Connor Keitel, who overwhelmed Patriots hitters as the Ravens coasted to victory, 7-0. New Haven now owns a record of 27-22.
It was a remarkable effort from Keitel, who is one of the team leaders. Keitel recorded 8 strikeouts in 6 innings while allowing 1 hit. Keitel, who is tied for 9th in the EL in strikeouts with 47, moves to 3-1 on the year with 47 strikeouts.
"Connor can bring it," said New Haven manager Josiah Gordon.
