Bighorns Even Record with 3-0 Victory
The Lincoln Bighorns went home winners at People's Natural Gas Field, thanks in large part to starter Dominic Brangan. Brangan stifled the Altoona Curve, enabling Lincoln to grab the 3-0 win. The winner was Brangan. He threw 7.1 innings of shutout ball. The loser was Pierce Kose. Earning his 1st save for Lincoln was Hugo Arroyo.

Lincoln won the game in part because of Christopher Carlin. The designated hitter ripped a solo home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Bighorns ahead, 2-0. For the game, Carlin had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

"Dominic is pitching with a lot of determination and a lot of fire," said Lincoln manager Jackson Ladue.

The 6th-place Bighorns now have a record of 25-25.
