Dark Knights shortstop Pablo Stanley put his stamp on his team's 6-5 win over the Hartford Yard Goats. Stanley was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for Yonkers in the contest. Erik James got credit for the win, improving to 1-0. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. Derek Lowe nailed down the save.

Evan Wogan contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With a runner on 1st, he hit a double. His at-bat helped Yonkers get the win.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Stanley told the Yonkers Daily.

The Dark Knights saw their win-loss record go to 22-27. At the same time, the Yard Goats fell to 21-28.
