Rumble Ponies Knock Off Pilots at NYSEG Stadium
Bryce Patterson had a strong outing for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies against the Wichita Pilots at NYSEG Stadium. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 7-3 win. Binghamton's record now stands at 28-18, placing them first in the Eastern League North Division.

Binghamton left fielder Torquato Velasquez contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With two down, he hit a fastball to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 33rd hit of the season and put the Rumble Ponies ahead, 6-3.

"I'm just trying to make sure I'm focused for each and every pitch," said Patterson.
