Jerry Uht Park was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Somerset Patriots and Erie SeaWolves.

The Somerset Patriots did just enough to sneak past the Erie SeaWolves, 7-6, at Jerry Uht Park. Somerset catcher Mark Overton, in particular, had a standout performance. Farouk Morales earned the save for Somerset, his 14th of the year.

With Somerset leading 1-0 in the top of the second, Overton hit a sinker from Scott Johnson for a 3-run home run. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Patriots ahead, 4-0.

"It's always great to put the barrel on the ball and contribute," said Overton.

With this game in the books, Somerset is 32-14, Erie 19-27.
