Rumble Ponies Win, 2-1, in Extra Frames
The Binghamton Rumble Ponies earned a win at Gunslingers Ballpark, leveling the Yonkers Dark Knights, 2-1, in 14. Elijah Swinehart played a big role in his team's success. Willard Wernick snagged the win in relief. He goes to 3-2 on the season. José Miguel Escalera suffered the loss. With the win, the Rumble Ponies hiked their record to 20-14.

Binghamton used the timely hitting of Korbin Doorn to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 14th inning to put the Rumble Ponies on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"There's no quit in this team," said Rumble Ponies manager Zane Tharp.
