Colorado and Montreal got after it at Olympic Stadium.

The Colorado Rockies topped the Montreal Expos by a score of 12-4. Leading the way was shortstop Nolan Mast. Mast went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 4 runs and drove in 5 for the Rockies. At 74-57, the Rockies find themselves in first place in the American League Alvarado Division.
