Williamson Lifts Expos to 8-5 Win
The Montreal Expos defeated the Boston Red Sox, 8-5, at Fenway Park. Leading the charge for Montreal was designated hitter Britt Williamson. He belted 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The Expos go to 60-66, putting them 4th in the American League Sandoval Division.

Montreal won the game in part because of Delwyn Cassell. The shortstop ripped a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Expos ahead, 3-0. For the game, Cassell had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Williamson said.
