In a low-scoring contest, Portland pitcher Fabian Galloway was marvelous in his team's 2-1 win. Getting the save was Justin Adkins, his 20th. The last-place Hops have won 4 straight.

Noah Austin drove in one run for Portland. The 31-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and a runner on 3rd, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Carson Morgan. It was his 5th RBI of the season.

"We scored one run," said Las Vegas manager Kenny Matuszak. "You're not gonna get a lot of Ws scoring just one run."
