Orioles Fall, 6-4, to Lange, Royals
|
The timely hitting of Logan Lange helped the Kansas City Royals down the Baltimore Orioles, 6-4. Lange was 4 for 4 with a home run and 3 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Royals. The save went to Royce Dovin, number 12 for him. With this game in the books, Kansas City is 54-48, Baltimore 39-63.
The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Lange hit a 2-run home run off Ryan Bielvenstram. It propelled the Royals into the lead, 4-2.
"Good win for us," said Lange. "Now we'll focus on the next one."
