Yankees Come Back Late to Top Knights, 2-1
The New York Yankees had to overcome a fine effort from Las Vegas pitcher Filbert Grisby to grab a narrow 2-1 win at Yankee Stadium. Grisby went 8 innings and allowed no runs. New York reliever Garret Adams was the winner. His record is now 2-2. The losing pitcher was Grump Powell. The Yankees raised their record to 31-56.

Victor Bautista was the walk-off hero for New York. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Yankees shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"It's great when the crowd gets into it," Bautista said.
