LoanDepot Field featured a tense pitchers' duel.

In a tight tilt between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Miami Marlins, Tobias Rafferty was the deciding factor. The Philadelphia left-hander spearheaded the 2-0 win. Nevada Redding picked up his 12th save of the season.

Miami had little success against Rafferty and his curveball. Rafferty tossed 101 pitches over 7 innings for the Phillies.

"The old adage is true," said Rafferty. "Good pitching stops good hitting."

The Phillies move to 39-42 with the win, while the Marlins drop to 53-28.
