The Houston Astros picked up a win at Minute Maid Park, knocking off the Montreal Expos, 2-0. Starting pitcher Aydan Ambrosino was a big reason why. By defeating Montreal, the last-place Astros improved to 35-41.

Emmanuel González had a critical at-bat with two out in the bottom of the sixth for Houston. He came through with a run-scoring single to put Houston in front, 2-0.

"We had a good game plan," Ambrosino said, "and we were able to execute it."
