Orioles Topple Falcons, 9-4, as Dyer Shines
Benefiting from Tracy Dyer's productive game, the Baltimore Orioles downed the Fresno Falcons, 9-4. Dyer belted 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for the Orioles. The winning pitcher was 25-year old right-handed pitcher Marc Gagnon. He tossed 84 pitches over 7 innings, allowing 4 runs on 5 hits. With the win over Fresno, the Orioles improved to 31-40.

With Baltimore trailing 2-0 in the top of the fifth, Dyer hit a curveball from Brooks Kiernan for a grand slam home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Orioles ahead, 4-2.
