Cascades Get Hard-Earned Win
The Vancouver Cascades saddled the Milwaukee Brewers with a loss at American Family Field. The final score was 6-5. Russel Parise was 2 for 4, including 1 single and 1 home run. The Vancouver designated hitter scored 1 run and drove in 3. With the win, the Cascades improved to 37-31.

Parise had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 1-0 sinker from Lucas Miller, he banged a 2-run home run to right-center, giving the Cascades a 6-5 lead. It was the 9th home run of the year for Parise.

"When I'm in the lineup, I always feel like we're going to win the game," said Parise.
