LumberKings Heading to Regional Championship Series
|
Fans of the Dayton Dragons groaned when Mark Jeska stepped up to the plate in the Divisional Series.
And for good reason too, as the Clinton LumberKings player was instrumental in guiding his team to a 4-2 series win over the Dragons.
The series was clinched tonight at Fifth Third Field, with Clinton coming out on top 6-5 in the deciding game.
Jeska's strong series included a .647 batting average, with a .684 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 5 runs.
The Regional Championship Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
