Wichita Wins at Home to Take 2-1 Lead in RCS
Riding the 3-hit performance of third baseman Wyatt Paris, the Wichita Pilots stopped the visiting Lincoln Bighorns, 6-4, in Game 3 of the Regional Championship Series. Paris was 3 for 4 with a double and 2 singles for the Pilots, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 2 games to 1.

There was more than one reason the Pilots beat the Bighorns, but Paris's big at-bat in the bottom of the first was an important factor. He staked his team to a 2-1 lead when he hit a run-scoring double.

"We lost," Lincoln manager Jackson Ladue said later. "We'll deal with it. The series isn't over."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Regions Field in Wichita.
