Critical Game 5 Goes to Host Fisher Cats, 5-3
New Hampshire Fisher Cats catcher Maxwell Schwartz was the difference-maker at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, as he led his club to victory in a pivotal Game 5 of the Regional Championship Series. The Fisher Cats took the 5-3 win over the Wichita Pilots to seize a 3-2 lead in the best-of-7 series.

The Fisher Cats got a gift in the bottom of the second inning, when they were leading 2-1. With one out and the bases loaded, Aiden Beyer reached on an error by the SS, driving in 1 run. It made the score 3-1, New Hampshire.

"We'll take some time to unwind," said Beyer, "and then get after it again."

Game 6 is scheduled for Thursday at Regions Field in Wichita.
