Riding the 2-hit performance of third baseman Haden Bailey, the Bullhead City Catfish stopped the visiting Cape Coral Hammerheads, 8-4, in Game 3 of the R Championship Series. Bailey was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 4 times for the Catfish, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 2 games to 1.

In the bottom of the fifth, Bullhead City first baseman Malcolm Swanson had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and two out, Swanson stroked a 2-run double to right. It made the score 4-2, Bullhead City. For the game, he went 2 for 5 with a double, while adding 2 RBI.

"I'm really happy I delivered," said Bailey. "The pressure is so high up there, it's indescribable. This is the R Championship Series."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Scottsdale Stadium in Bullhead City.
