Trash Pandas Prevail, as Divisional Series Goes to the Wire
The fans in Rocket City are delirious, while there is little joy to be found in Arkansas.

The Rocket City Trash Pandas finished off the Arkansas Travelers 3-0 in the deciding game of the Divisional Series played at Dickey-Stephens Park.

They took the series 4-3 and will now head to the Regional Championship Series.

For his standout play, Rocket City left fielder Sal McCurry was voted the series' Most Valuable Player.

He batted .393, drove in 5 runs and scored 8 to lead his club to victory.

"We could never really figure out how to pitch to McCurry and that doomed us," said Travelers manager George French. "Hats off to Rocket City, though. That was a great series."

The Regional Championship Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
