The Buffalo Bisons started the Divisional Series in style, downing the visiting Syracuse Chiefs at Coca-Cola Field by a score of 7-1 to grab an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-7 series. Bisons third baseman D.J. Iuliucci went 3-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 5 runs and scored once.

The Bisons picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.

"Postseason wins taste oh so sweet," said Iuliucci after the game.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Coca-Cola Field in Buffalo.
