Bisons Advance to Regional Championship Series
|
The dream of raising a championship banner in Buffalo took a big step forward today. The Buffalo Bisons have won the Divisional Series, eliminating the Scranton Dundies to advance to the Regional Championship Series.
Buffalo won the final game 4-0 and the series 4-2.
Thornton Langston was named series MVP for a huge performance. He hit .350 with a .458 on-base percentage. He drove in 4 RBI, had 1 home runs and scored 4 runs.
The Regional Championship Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
