The Boca Raton Buccaneers could not turn a fine performance from pitcher John Cannon into a win. Instead, the Oviedo Catch prevailed, 5-4. Cannon threw 6.0 innings allowing 2 runs. The win has Oviedo at 26-40.

Sidell Bleecker was the walk-off hero for Oviedo. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Catch designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"It's great to see the crowd jacked up," Bleecker said.
