Cape Coral Beats Daytona Beach in 11-Inning Thriller
The skies opened up and the rain fell at Osceola County Stadium.

Cape Coral starter Koda Burgos pitched well against the Daytona Beach Hurricanes at Osceola County Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-1, in 11 innings. With the win, Cape Coral upped its record to 39-23.

Doc McKay had a direct impact on the outcome. McKay contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the 11th inning to put Cape Coral up, 2-1.

"Games like this one keep the antacid makers in business," quipped Daytona Beach manager Bryce Guerra.
