The Medicine Hat Stampede powered past the Casper Ghosts, 10-6, at Casper Ballpark. Chuck Jobe was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once, to lead the charge. Heliodoro Guerra claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits in 3 innings. His record stands at 2-2. Alex Schaffer got the save, the 6th for him this season.

Medicine Hat second baseman Steffen Bradford contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the first. With two down, he hit a fastball to right field for a 2-run single. It was his 33rd hit of the season and put the Stampede ahead, 4-0.

"The most important thing is that we won," Jobe said.
