Sandoval Lifts Bananas to 6-3 Triumph
Osmundo Sandoval was instrumental in his team's 6-3 triumph over the Lexington Legends. The first baseman belted 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for the Savannah Bananas. Lexington's current losing streak has reached 15 games.

Savannah took a 5-1 lead on Sandoval's 13th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Dan Tweed in the top of the eighth, propelled Savannah to the win.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Sandoval said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
