Tulsa Gets 7-3 Win Against Scouts
The Tulsa Drillers knocked off the Chattanooga Scouts, 7-3, in Southern League action at Hammons Field. Tulsa pitcher and Milan, Michigan, native Mel Graffanino had an outstanding performance. Tulsa raised its record to 73-61 with the win.

Anthony Hanson had a big 2-run double for the Drillers in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Tulsa leading 2-1 and runners on 1st and 3rd, he got a fastball from Alex Lockett and swatted a double to right. It was his 27th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Drillers ahead, 4-1.

"Everything felt in sync," said Graffanino.
