Braves Lose to Biscuits in Walk-Off
The Montgomery Biscuits picked up a win at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium, downing the Mississippi Braves, 6-4. On the mound for Montgomery was right-hander Derek Darlington, who played a pivotal role in the win. The Biscuits sit in 4th place in the Southern League Southeast Division with a record of 72-50.

Montgomery got a knockout punch from Simon Bartels. The second baseman hammered a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"This place went bonkers at the end," Bartels said.
