Isotopes Win with Late Rally
|
Starting pitcher J. David Thomas gave the Albuquerque Isotopes a rock-solid performance, helping them defeat the Omaha Storm Chasers, 3-2, in 11 innings. The defeat makes Omaha 41-92.
Lachlan McLaughlin, who is tied for 9th in the PCL in triples with 5, had a direct impact on the outcome. McLaughlin contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put Albuquerque up, 3-2.
"It was terrific getting this win," Thomas said. "We put in a lot of work to do it."
