Omaha designated hitter Steve Hamilton was instrumental in helping the Storm Chasers triumph, 6-5, over the Tucson Sidewinders. Hamilton went 2-4 with a double and a walk. He scored 2 runs. Omaha pitcher Jose Solano earned the win, hiking his record to 2-9. Maxwell Rinehart suffered the loss. Carter Alberti nailed down the save.

Hamilton had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fourth to put Omaha in front, 6-0. With runners on 1st and 3rd, he grounded out, driving in 1 run off Tucson pitcher Maxwell Rinehart.

"It's the best feeling when you come through for your teammates," said Hamilton.

Omaha now sits at 41-77, while Tucson falls to 62-56.
