Roa Propels Tacoma to 3-0 Win
|
Hernando Roa, who is tied for 3rd in the PCL in complete games with 1, was brilliant in helping Tacoma beat the Tucson Sidewinders, 3-0. The save went to J.D. Yazzie, his 5th this season. With the win, Tacoma pushed its record to 62-57.
Hernando Roa was masterful. The left-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits over 8 innings.
"Hernando made the big pitches when he needed to," said Tacoma manager Mick Butler.
