Sacramento played host to Oklahoma City at River Cats Ballpark.

The Sacramento River Cats trumped the Oklahoma City Wranglers, 8-1, at River Cats Ballpark. Sacramento designated hitter Salerio Baker was terrific. He was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Ray Chapman, credited with the save, is now 1 for 1 in save opportunities.

With Sacramento leading 4-1 in the bottom of the third, Baker hit a fastball from Prince Odadah for a 3-run home run. It was his 13th home run of the season and put the River Cats ahead, 7-1.

"I wish every win came this easy," said Baker.

The River Cats go to 67-49, putting them second in the Pacific Coast League Pacific Division.
