Sidewinders Make It 5 In a Row with 8-2 Triumph Over Reno
Tucson Sidewinders starter Jack Brent kept the Reno Aces hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 8-2 win. The Sidewinders now have a mark of 55-57.

Leo Meharry had a big 2-run double for the Sidewinders in the bottom of the first inning. With Tucson leading 2-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a fastball from Teodor Estevez and swatted a double to left. It was his 3rd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Sidewinders ahead, 4-0.

Reno manager Ross Winfrey said his team was "out of sync."
