El Paso Chihuahuas starter Lonny Kelly found his groove in his team's 5-2 win over the Victoria HarbourCats. El Paso reliever Luke Font picked up the win, upping his record to 5-3. Adam Keough took the loss. The Chihuahuas now own a record of 54-56.

Crosby Martin came through with a big-time hit for El Paso. The left fielder smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to give his team the lead, 4-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"Throwing strikes was the main thing," Kelly said.
