Getting offensive support from Salerio Baker, the Sacramento River Cats topped the Iowa Cubs, 6-4. Baker went 2 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the River Cats. Antonio Serrato, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 22nd save. The second-place River Cats are 64-48.

Sacramento used a well-timed hit by Mic Arneson to capture the win. The catcher socked a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to put the River Cats ahead, 4-1. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"It's always great to put the barrel on the ball and contribute," said Baker.
