The Victoria HarbourCats topped the Omaha Storm Chasers, 7-3, in Pacific Coast League action at Werner Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Victoria pitcher Rogers Warren. The first-place HarbourCats now have a win-loss record of 65-42.

Kenny Mathis came through for Victoria when he hit a run-scoring single in the top of the third. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a two-strike splitter to center field, staking his team to a 2-1 lead.

"I found a nice groove out there," said Warren.
