Pitcher Johnny Farrington was sensational for the Albuquerque Isotopes in his team's 4-1 triumph over the Edmonton Edge. Farrington picked up the win, and it was well-earned. Snowball Robilotta earned the save, his 8th. Albuquerque goes to 47-51, Edmonton to 59-39.

Albuquerque used a well-timed hit by Jonas Aguillon to capture the win. The left fielder socked a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Isotopes ahead, 3-1. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.

"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Isotopes manager Carlos Becerra, "I like our chances."
