Behind the hitting of Van Hagge, the Inland Empire 66ers stopped the Omaha Storm Chasers, 5-3. Hagge was 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the 66ers. The loss makes Omaha 47-50.

Hagge contributed in the bottom of the fourth. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Inland Empire get the win.

"We had situations where we should have got some runs in, but we didn't get the runs in," said losing manager Tiernan Hayes.
