The Albuquerque Isotopes thumped the Victoria HarbourCats, 8-0, at Isotopes Park. Ike Streit was a big reason his team got the win. Streit went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. The winning pitcher was Franklin Mancilla. He's now 1-2. He went 6 innings, allowing no runs on 5 hits for the Isotopes. The Isotopes improved their record to 38-47 by beating Victoria.

Daniel Lister had a big 2-run double for the Isotopes in the bottom of the first inning. With Albuquerque leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a changeup from 28-year old right-handed pitcher Estacio Prado and swatted a double to right. It was his 9th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Isotopes ahead, 3-0.
