The Albuquerque Isotopes soundly defeated the Omaha Storm Chasers, 15-0, at Isotopes Park. Michael Clark, who is tied for 9th in the PCL in triples with 3, let his bat do the talking. He went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 3 times and drove in 4 for Albuquerque. The winning pitcher was Tom Walker. He's now 6-4. He went 7 innings, allowing no runs on 3 hits for the Isotopes. The loss makes Omaha 27-51.
In the bottom of the third, Clark had one of his most important at-bats: a run-scoring single off Stan Wilbur that staked the Isotopes to a 1-0 lead.
"We got plowed under," said losing manager Heath Chastain. "Period. Full stop."
