Inland Empire 66ers starter Luca Torres turned in an exceptional performance against the Victoria HarbourCats at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, resulting in a Inland Empire win, 4-2. The winner was Torres. He threw 7.2 innings of 5-hit ball. The loser was Brenden Labranche. Jon Kilbarger nailed down his 18th save.

Center Fielder Billy Sholar made an impact for Inland Empire, when he swatted a run-scoring double off Brenden Labranche in the bottom of the fifth. For the contest, Sholar went 1-2 with a double.

"Thought I threw pretty well and overall I felt good," said Torres.
