The Sacramento River Cats handed the Victoria HarbourCats a loss at Security Service Field. The final score was 5-3. Major production was provided by Teo McMillan for Sacramento. In addition to his 1 single and 1 home run, he scored 2 runs and drove in 3. He also added 1 walk. Bernie Kiser picked up his 15th save of the season. The 7th-place River Cats are now 34-39, the HarbourCats 39-34.
Sacramento took a 5-1 lead on McMillan's 1st home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which he hit off Joshua Griep in the top of the seventh, propelled Sacramento to the win.
