Sacramento Triumphs with Late Surge
In a low-scoring game between Sacramento and Honolulu, Étienne Laliberté was fantastic. The River Cats right-hander, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2055 draft, helped his team beat the ThunderSharks, 1-0, in 10 innings. Sacramento reliever Benjamin Fischer picked up the win, raising his record to 5-2. Nick Pullen was tagged with the loss. Sacramento now owns a record of 40-32.

The River Cats got a clutch hit from first baseman Patton Buffington. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the River Cats.

"We're scuffling right now," said losing manager Neil Kuntz.
