Omaha Storm Chasers starter John Andrew Stacy pitched a strong game against the Oklahoma City Wranglers at Werner Park, leading the Storm Chasers to victory, 7-4. Marc Bernal closed it out for his 1st save. The last-place Storm Chasers bumped their record to 25-44.

Ivory Herring had a big 2-run double for the Storm Chasers in the bottom of the second inning. With Omaha leading 1-0 and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he got a slider from 27-year old right-handed pitcher Edwin Childers and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 15th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Storm Chasers ahead, 3-0.
