Oklahoma City Picks Up Another L
Round Rock pitcher Randy Flowers did his part in helping his team defeat the Oklahoma City Wranglers, 4-2. The opposition could never get too much going against the right-hander. The winner was Flowers. He threw 5.1 innings of 2-hit ball. The loser was Jonah Urbano. Picking up his 2nd save was 23-year old right-handed pitcher Chad Kendall.

The Wranglers had been locked in a 1-1 tie with the Express going into the bottom of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 27-year old third baseman Jackson McKinstry came to the plate. McKinstry hit a 2-run home run on a 1-1 circle change from Oklahoma City hurler Jonah Urbano. It was McKinstry's 4th home run of the year.

"We're just going to try to build off this win," said Flowers.

The slumping Wranglers have dropped 7 in a row.
